Descriptive survey design method was used for the study and data were collected using both primary and secondary sources. The total population for the study was 5,623 employees, and a sample size of 400 was determined using Krejcie and Morgan sample size determination technique. Structure questionnaire were used to collected primary data. Four hypothesis were formulated and tested using Pearson product moment correlation with the aid of statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. The finding reveals that corporate values, employee ethical behavior, management, style and corporate identity influence firm\u2019s competitive advantage.
